Policies

Custom Items policy
Please be sure to measure your pets properly and proofread any names carefully, as all custom orders cannot be cancelled, exchanged or returned. These include personalized items and special orders, as well as any item that is noted as a custom order on the item page. Custom orders will be shipped directly from the designers and may take up to eight weeks for delivery.

Redeeming Credits
You may redeem your credit within one year of the issue date by entering your credit code in the field during checkout for your next order. Please note that your order amount, not including shipping or tax, must equal or exceed the amount of your credit. To redeem your credit, you also must be signed in to your account. If you do not yet have an account, you may sign up for one by clicking on your account in the top menu bar of the website.

Delivery Lead Times
We do our best to ship all orders as quickly as possible. Orders usually ship within 2 business days and our average delivery time is 5 to 7 days depending on the shipping destination for in-stock, non-serviced items, however orders may take up to 14 days for delivery. For an additional charge, many items may be shipped via expedited service. Backordered items will take longer to ship, you will be notified within 24-48 hours via e-mail with any backorder notifications and the estimated delivery time based on this. Please note that customized items, items sent directly from our suppliers and oversize items may take additional time for delivery. Our shipping prices are based on amount of total purchase and orders are charged in full when your order is placed. In order to offer our wide selection of merchandise, many of our items are shipped from a number of different sources, and items are often shipped in a number of separate packages via Federal Express, UPS and/or the US Postal Service. Many of our items are hand-finished per order and may take the full 14 days for delivery.

Shipping Method
We ship orders via UPS. We ask that our customers please provide shipping addresses that can accept UPS shipments. We will ship via the US Postal Service upon request but please understand that these packages cannot be tracked and may take additional time for delivery.

Shipping Table
Our shipping rates* are based on the total amount or weight of your order. They are as follows:
For orders up to $50, shipping is $10, (if the weight exceeds 40lbs, then a surcharge will apply).
For orders from $51 to $90, shipping is $14
For orders from $91 to $150, shipping is $18
For orders from $151 to $300, shipping is $20
For orders from $301 to $500, shipping is $25
For orders from $501 to $1000, shipping is $35
* Oversized items like large beds may be subject to a shipping surcharge

Order Cancellations within 24 hours of placement
Osso & Co. strives to process and ship all orders as promptly as possible. If your order has not yet entered the shipping process, you may cancel or revise your order within 24 hours after your order has been placed. Please email your cancellation request or order change to: . Be sure to include your name and order number.
*Please note: Orders for custom or personalized items cannot be cancelled or changed at any time. We encourage you to measure your pet as accurately as possible and carefully proofread your order confirmation for any errors or typos. Sorry, but we cannot be responsible for the shipping costs for any cancelled orders.

If an order is returned, refused or unclaimed by the customer due to customer refusal, customer negligence/absence, or customer providing incorrect shipping information, we will attempt contact via phone and/or email if provided. If no response is received, the customer will be charged with the appropriate shipping charges and a 30% restocking fee.�Please make sure that the shipping information on your order is correct and that someone will be available to receive your package. All orders that require re-shipping at the request of the customer, whether for returned, refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages will require an additional re-shipping charge.

Shipping outside the United States
We will ship to any international destination. An additional $20 international shipping fee will be applied to all packages with a shipping destination outside of the United States. If any other shipping charges need to be added, we will contact you after your order is placed. This will depend on the merchandise ordered. Larger items such as beds and pet carriers may have an additional shipping charge. Most international orders sent directly by are shipped via UPS Expedited and will usually arrive within our standard two week delivery time, but may take additional time for delivery.

Should an item you purchased be one that a manufacturer ships for us, we will share only the necessary information needed for them to do so.

You understand and agree that Osso & Co. has sole discretion, and without prior notice, Osso & Co. may terminate your access to the site, and remove any unauthorized User content, if Osso & Co. believes that the User content you provided has violated or is inconsistent with the Terms or with the intention behind them, or that you have violated the rights and/or policies of Osso & Co., another User or the law. Osso & Co. may release user information about you if required by law or subpoena, or if the information is necessary or appropriate to release to address an unlawful or harmful activity.
